AppleCare One Launches: One $19.99 Plan to Cover All Your Apple Devices

Apple has officially launched AppleCare One, a new all-in-one device protection subscription that allows users to cover multiple Apple products under a single plan. Priced at $19.99 per month, AppleCare One provides comprehensive coverage for up to three devices, with the option to add more for $5.99 per device per month.

Available starting today across the United States, AppleCare One marks a significant shift in how the tech giant offers extended warranty and insurance services, streamlining individual AppleCare+ plans into a bundled, user-friendly package. The service can be activated directly from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or by visiting an Apple Store.

“Built on the trusted foundation of AppleCare+, AppleCare One extends that same reliability and makes it easier than ever to protect the products you love and depend on,” said Bob Borchers, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing.

AppleCare One: Key Highlights

  • One Plan, Multiple Devices: Covers up to three Apple devices for $19.99/month.
  • Add More Devices: Additional devices can be added for just $5.99/month each.
  • Expanded Protection: Includes accidental damage, battery coverage, and 24/7 Apple support.
  • Now Covers Theft & Loss: iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch are now covered for theft and loss.
  • Supports Older Devices: Devices up to 4 years old can be enrolled if they are in good condition.
  • Seamless Device Swap: Trade-ins are automatically updated in the plan.
  • Diagnostic Checks for Older Devices: Apple may run a software test or require a photo before adding.

One Plan, All Devices

AppleCare One includes all the benefits of AppleCare+, such as:

  • Unlimited accidental damage repairs (drops, spills, etc.)
  • Battery service for all covered devices
  • 24/7 priority support from Apple experts
  • Theft and loss protection for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch

Perhaps the most notable addition is the ability to cover already-owned Apple devices that are up to four years old, a dramatic extension from the 60-day limit previously imposed for AppleCare+ eligibility. Apple notes that these devices must be in “good condition,” and may be subject to diagnostic checks or photo verification.

Customers can also swap devices in and out of the plan. If a user trades in a device through Apple, the plan automatically updates to cover the new product.

A Smarter Option for Apple Power Users

The plan supports a wide range of Apple hardware — from iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches, to AirPods, Studio Display, HomePods, Apple TV, and even the Vision Pro headset. Users can mix and match any combination of devices, regardless of their type or model.

Under current AppleCare+ pricing, customers with multiple devices typically pay individually for each plan — for example, $9.99/month for an iPhone and $7.99/month for a Mac. With AppleCare One, users can now consolidate coverage and save up to $11 per month compared to buying separate plans.

Driving Apple’s Subscription Push

AppleCare One is the latest addition to Apple’s growing portfolio of subscription services, joining offerings like Apple One, iCloud+, Apple TV+, and Apple Music. The company’s Services division has become a major driver of revenue growth, on track to surpass $100 billion in annual revenue this year.

The company is betting that customers with multiple Apple devices will appreciate the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of a single plan, particularly as hardware ownership grows across households.

Availability

AppleCare One is available beginning July 24, 2025, exclusively in the United States. Apple says availability in other markets will be announced at a later date.

Users can enroll via the Settings app on their Apple devices, or by visiting their local Apple Store.

Why AppleCare One Stands Out

AppleCare One extends that same reliability and makes it easier than ever to protect the products you love and depend on,” said Bob Borchers, VP of Worldwide Product Marketing at Apple.

Instead of paying separate AppleCare+ fees for each product—often adding up to $30–$40 per month—users can now bundle three devices into a single $19.99 plan, saving up to $11/month.
